RETURNS POLICY

We understand that there are times when a product needs to be returned - in cases of damage in shipping, or the product is no longer required, we can assist with that.

​

There is, however, a limit of 30 days from the date of the original order to decide whether or not the product is to your satisfaction or suits your needs. The items MUST be postmarked no more than 30 days after the original order date to be returned. Any orders that DO NOT comply with these guidelines will be refused and will NOT be applicable for a refund.

This policy also applies to orders that have been cancelled and returned. 

Refunds are generally processed within a 7-10 days period once a return/cancellation request is received and approved.

To process and complete any form of return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A Return Authorization Form will be emailed to you to be completed and filled out, and attached to your return.

Please note, Imagine it Resin Art is NOT responsible for any return shipping fees. That is the responsibility of the buyer.

If item(s) are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once your order is received, and you do a quality check, should you find that an item is damaged or your order is wrong, notify us immediately so that we can rectify the situation and arrange a return or exchange product for you.


Refunds - (that meet the criteria above)


Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we are in possession of the item/product you've returned. 

We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your account periodically, consult/refer to your bank for their processing time on refunds. Processing times may differ from the actual post date. Keep that into consideration.
